TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Scope of Application & Contractual Partner
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers within the meaning of § 13 German Civil Code (BGB) via the online shop www.antoniazander.com.
(2) The contractual partner is:

(3) Any deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in text form.
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
(2) By clicking the button “Place binding order (subject to payment)”, the customer submits a binding purchase offer.
(3) The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by email or dispatch of the goods.
3. Delivery & Availability
(1) Delivery is made after receipt of full payment.
(2) Delivery times
- Ready-to-ship items: 2–3 business days
- Made-to-order items: up to 6 weeks
(3) If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately and payments will be refunded.
4. Prices, Shipping Costs & Customs
(1) All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, where applicable.
(2) Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
(3) For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply and must be paid by the customer.
5. Payment & Retention of Title
(1) Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- SOFORT transfer
- Stripe
(2) The purchase price is due immediately.
(3) Goods remain the property of Antonia Zander until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, unless the product is excluded.
Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:
- made to order
- clearly personalized according to customer specifications
7. Returns
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- with original labels
- in original packaging
8. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Liability
(1) Unlimited liability applies in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damage.
10. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
11. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
