RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods
- that are not prefabricated and
- that are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer or
- that are clearly personalised
(e.g. made-to-order items).
